I recently purchased an engagement ring from Jonny and have nothing to say but positive things about the experience. Jonny spent a lot of time with me explaining things to me that other jewelers either did not know or did not care to share. Jonny was responsive and did not pressure me at all, which was a nice change from other jewelers. I would highly recommend Jonny to any of my friends. Also my fiance absolutely loves the ring!

I was introduced to Jonny Ritz through my husband (of 25+ years) via the gift of a beautiful anniversary diamond. Since our introduction, Jonny and I have had a number of occasions to do business. “If you want to get an engagement ring and are looking for an integrity-filled jeweler who knows his stuff and will give you 5-star customer service, Jonny Ritz is the man for you. I was referred to him by a friend in 2009 when I got engaged, and Jonny helped me design the perfect custom ring. Before making any recommendations or suggestions, we spent about an hour talking about my fiance, how we met, what we did professionally, etc. One of the thing Jonny Ritz truly excels at is in his interpersonal abilities to make a person feel comfortable and completely at easy during the sales process of purchasing an engagement ring. AWen he finally took out a few sample bands and stones, we hit it on the nose by the 2′nd or 3′rd stone and ring setting we we looked at. Additionally, Jonny has always been available for resizing and never charged us additionally for the labor. A particular point of note is that Jonny has a graduate Jeweler degree that affords him both professional distinctions and aptitudes that is not to be found in the vast majority of jewelers. Not only is Jonny Ritz incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, but he goes beyond the call of duty to take care of his clients.
